Therapy and Wellbeing

Where psychotherapy meets whole-person healing

About Me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and have been working with Proconsult since 2023. I have also volunteered with Samaritans and St. Vincent de Paul, experiences that have strongly influenced my compassionate and grounded approach to therapeutic work. I am trained in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and have a particular interest in loss, bereavement, and end‑of‑life issues. I also hold a Certificate in Palliative Care from Milford Hospice.

Alongside my clinical work, I have delivered workshops on self‑care and wellbeing and have participated in schools outreach programmes, supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health awareness within the community.

I work with a wide range of concerns. In addition to bereavement, illness, and end‑of‑life issues, I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, self‑esteem difficulties, relationship and intimacy challenges, loneliness, fertility and pregnancy struggles, workplace stress, and burnout.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a compassionate, safe, and respectful space where you feel heard and supported. At the same time, I gently help you explore and challenge patterns that may no longer serve your wellbeing. By working together, I support you in developing deeper self‑understanding, greater self‑acceptance, healing, personal growth, and meaningful, lasting change.

I blend years of clinical experience with theoretical knowledge of pyschotherapy with a deep knowledge of the body, nervous systems, and holistic health
